• Shop Account Details: Shop name, shop number, owner name, contact phone, WhatsApp number, and account credentials.
• Device Listings: Phone brand, model, storage, condition grade, battery health, PTA status, pricing, and uploaded product images.
• Operational Logs: Transaction timestamps, POS sales status, and expenses recorded by shopkeepers for inventory tracking.

2. Device Permissions (Camera & Media Storage)

The Mobile Plaza Portal mobile app requests specific Android permissions strictly to support functional features:

* No images or camera feeds are accessed without explicit user selection.

3. Third-Party Communications & WhatsApp

When buyers tap the "Chat on WhatsApp" or "Call Shop" buttons, the app launches the official WhatsApp application or Phone dialer using standard device URI protocols. We do not inspect, intercept, or record your private WhatsApp conversations or phone calls.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for data transmission between the mobile application and our servers. Shopkeeper passwords are cryptographically hashed using standard Bcrypt hashing algorithms and are never stored in plaintext.

5. Account & Data Deletion

Shopkeepers and users may request deletion of their account and all associated inventory data at any time by contacting the Plaza Administration or sending a written request to our support contacts.
